Hi friends,
Many of you know I have been following the story of refugee teens in St.
Louis for about 3 years, with the documentary Knock Knock, America. One
of the Liberian teens has been in jail (an adult facility) for one year
without trial.
Today Judge Mason accepted the evidence that Junior Harry's lawyer
presented, which proves he was 16 when he was put in jail on April 20,
2007. His case will now be heard in the juvenile court system.
Please pray that he can go home to his family soon.
After more than a year of waiting to hear his fate in the city jail, he
is ready to get back to his life. Thank you for all your support,
especially those 30 of you who came out to the courthouse today. It made
a difference.

Much love,
Rebecca
