As the costs of fossil fuels continues to increase, more and more people 
are looking to renewable energy.  This means more training is needed in 
every area of green industry.  Dr. Dan Chiras recently founded the 
Evergreen Institute’s Center for Renewable Energy and Green Building 
near St. Louis.  He discusses the launching of green careers with Green
