[imc-st.louis] Arrest of February 6, 2009

Dear Mr. Quick:
 
Upon closer inspection, it appears that this case may have features of more than local interest.
 
1.) The summons I received was not signed by the "Officer Issuing Summons."
2.) There is no city ordinance numbered 75031990, which appears as the "local charge code."
3.) Property was confiscated as evidence, and no receipt was issued. (It was also broken when it would not fit into the cruiser.) 
 
I believe more people would be interested in this case than just those who were arrested. There has been quite a bit of discussion online already. A lawsuit against the appropriate parties could conceivably generate some helpful publicity for 9/11 Truth.
