of Missouri Votes Conservation discuss openness of the 2009 Missouri 
legislature to environmental legislation.  This included passage of the 
Energy Star Appliance program and legislation on green standards for 
construction of state buildings.  They also discuss “dirty secrets” 
bills that would exonerate corporations that self-report violations.
