[Imc-strategies] irc and list correspondance

Would it be a good thing if a robot would tell in the channel that
something has happened on a list - for instance irc.mozilla.org #firefox
has a robot that adds bug report postings as messages in the channel..

At the moment this is often done by individuals, but why not automate?

In the same way, it could be *very* useful if the volunteer offers that
come to various imc-contact lists would also be posted automagically to
appropriate IRC channels... what i practically mean is just that the bit
of the header is posted in the channel, so that one can easily get to
the posting:
