hi,

i propose to close the imc-summaries and the imc-press lists. as it is
they are getting a lot of spam and nobody is using them.

i admit that i'm sorry about this. i wish we had more internal network
communication and more information about what is happening in other
local and infrastructure and thematic groups - but we don't right now.
if someone takes the initiative we can always reopen the lists.

if there are questions about what these lists were made for, please
don't hesitate to ask, and if you feel the urge to reactivate these
tools for network communication, please say so NOW!
