[IMC-Sysadmin] rt.indymedia.org down

hello,

http://rt.indymedia.org seems to be down now for several weeks. several
docs on docs.i.o and every else in the network refer to this site, so it
seems to be somehow important.

as rt.i.o seems to be hosted on judi, and judi is available per ping,
could a restart of the webserver help?
