[IMC-Sysadmin] Kansas City and Lawrence IMCs need tech help

I had been hoping that my next email to this list would have something 
positive about the Kansas City and Lawrence IMCs being back online. 
Unfortunately, we've run into a roadblock and we are looking for some 
sysadmin help for a novice sysadmin.

Hudson Luce has been working on setting up a server for us, but he has 
been forced to learn a bunch of sysadmin stuff. His server is online, 
but he's run into some frustrating hair-pulling hurdles. He tells me 
that he's having trouble setting up user accounts on the server. This 
may not be the only hurdle he's dealing with at the moment.
