boum.org (a box managed by an anarchogeek french-speaking collective)
was supposed to host docs.indy temporarily, until we find another
box. It was two months ago. I pinged Epsas & Espe a few times in the
meantime, and then did nothing to find a solution.

The time has come to find a new home for our TWiki, since boum is
going to receive a kill -PROD signal soon, and won't be able to afford
docs.indy's load anymore.

The requirements are :
   * CPU: 1GHz if we find a dedicated box (the more, the better : it's
     the limiting factor for TWiki)
   * RAM: 512MB should be enough, 1GB might be better in the future
   * disk-space : a few gigabytes for the data
   * OS : preferably Debian, since the main docs.indy admins have
loads of experience on Debian and almost none on other distros. I
wouldn't mind to give a try to OpenBSD, though ;)

A dedicated box is not a must-have, but... talking about security,
TWiki software is not very very robust (yet), so... I would say a
dedicated UML is a minimum. Yeah, I know, UMLs are a pain to
setup/upgrade. Let's say a dedicated box is a requirement, then, we'll
do without if not possible.

Epsas, Espe, please tell us :
   * if your free hosting opportunity is still available
   * what's the hardware you were talking of

If this does not work, we'll try to find another
solution. http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Devel/IMCServerOffers could
be a good place to start with.

   * CPU: 1GHz s'il s'agit d'un serveur d=E9di=E9 (le plus sera le mieux :

possible.

Epsas, Espe, merci de nous dire :
   * si votre plan d'h=E9bergement gratuit tient toujours

solution. http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Devel/IMCServerOffers
pourrait =EAtre un bon point de d=E9part.

Ciao,
