[IMC-Tech] Defamatory Press Release

We are counsel to Glencairn Gold Corporation, a publicly traded company
based in Toronto.

On behalf of our client, we recently commenced a lawsuit against CCCCH and
its officers for damages for defamation arising from the contents of certain

press releases, including one  titled "Mining Scandal Involves Canadian
Authorities in Costa Rica." This press release was posted at the URL:
global.indymedia.org.au//pdf.php3?article_id=1344.  

We, therefore, request that the offending press release be removed from this
and any of your sites within the next three days.  Kindly confirm its
removal by written notification to us.
