please can you give a bit more detail? bolivia.indymedia.org works fine
for me right now and has been working for the past few days without
problems for other people. also, there are currently two mirrors,
although one may be new.

also, it's more appropriate to direct requests about tech issues to the
imc-tech list (cc'd on this email)
