did you receive any replies on your email?
Is the situation sorted, yet, or is anyone working on this?

Is it ok for the server admins?

Have you been in contact with them on how to resolve your situation?

For technical support, I propose you ask your neighbouring IMC's if
there's lack of tech abilities in your IMC. I will try to help a bit,
too, to get you (re-)started if you like. But I'm located in Germany, so
that's not neccessarily too useful for a long-term support (plus I'm
already quite busy as everyone else ;-) ).
