[IMC-Tech] Adding languag to cities list, was: Re: [Imc-uk-features] imc languages

I complete and change ALL the cities list spanish field language last year.
And now are all ok in spanish.
Every codebase that grabs https://contact.indymedia.org/cities.es.inc and
updates their cities list, will have an updated cities list in spanish.

The same can do someone else with other languages in all the indymedias in
the contact database.

Just change the language and you will have what you need.

cities.nl.inc
cities.de.inc
cities.fr.inc
cities.it.inc

the contactdb has fields lang_1 ("primary language") and lang_2
(secondary language) up to five characters e.g. en or en-US
(sounds like two fields is not enough however).  i doubt that
most imcs have actually entered these codes so someone would
have to.
