I read somewhere (probly on debian-legal) that the "public domain" isn't
available everywhere - in some countries, apparently copyright holders
can't get rid of certain aspects of their copyright. Apparently for that
reason the CC public domain dedication "licence" is recommended, or at
other times MIT/BSD.
