Interesting question. I see my Debian Firefox 1.0.7 installation has
  security.ssl3.rsa_1024_rc4_56_sha = true
  security.ssl2.des_64 = true
which, by nothing but the name, I would consider insufficiently secure.

and that's much worse for a non-Debianized Firefox 1.5 where i have
  security.enable_ssl2 = true
  security.ssl2.des_64 = true
  security.ssl2.rc2_40 = true
  security.ssl2.rc4_40 = true
  security.ssl3.rsa_rc2_40_md5 = true
  security.ssl3.rsa_rc4_40_md5 = true
