[IMC-Tech] domain registration tech contact should be updated

BTW, i noticed that the indymedia.org domain tech contact is 
imc-tech at indymedia.org But that bounces with

(reason: 550 5.1.1 <imc-tech at indymedia.org>: Recipient address rejected: User has moved to imc-tech at lists.indymedia.org)

so, I'd say someone should update this contact with a working 
address..
