 i know i am supposed to publish this myself through your forrum, but i am
really concerned about my confidentiality. i am currently living in nepal
and have written a short story about the maoist insurgency going on here. i
don't want my identity released and thus was hoping you could publish this
news by using a sutoname to ensure my anonymity.
 i'm not a student, or a journalist or part of any inteligentsia, so this
story may not be up to your usual standards. but the people of nepal are
imobilized with fear to do anything about thier current predicament, and
this story is my small attempt to help them.
 you should find 4 attachments; short story on insurgency, letter to king, a
picture of one of the demonstrations, and a short blurb. i thought i would
send it all and let you play around with it. i'm writing for a tourism
newspaper here in nepal, but of course, i can't publish anything political
for fear of persecution. so i am sending it to you in hopes that you can
assist from afar.......
 the photo is a student demonstration taking place outside tribuvan
university in katmandu valley on september 6. please put block censors over
the protestors eyes to ensure his anonymity.
 please let me know if you recieive this and if you can help. once again,
upfront appologies for not posting this news myself, but i'm uncertain about
internet tracking devices. if this news is discovered by security forces
here, my safety could be seriously jepordized. please help if you can.
