[Imc-thunderbay] Ombudsman Announces MPAC Transparency and Integrity Investigation

Ombudsman of Ontario André Marin announced an investigation today into whether the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation's (MPAC) process for valuing properties in Ontario is fair and transparent.
