I can do the transcribing if nobody else wants to take it on.  Although I'm sure Gary would prefer to send the recording to Northern Ontario rather than England, to save on postage/time if for no other reason.  Having said that, unless nobody else speaks up, I'll e-mail Gary in two days, which ought to give folks a chance to think it over.
   
  On an unrelated note, the radical journal "Upping the Anti" has just released their third issue.  Anyone interested in distributing this in the TBay area? I had planned to do it but as of tomorrow, I am embarking on a mission of over a month during which I will be incommunicado. 

Please please please someone who loves this organization! Please email Gary and tell him that you're willing to transcribe this speech to encourage the North to recognize the First Nations issues discussion in our sister city as we embark upon widening our breadth to include a greater Northern Ontario.
