a. Sharing NIMC manifesto wit and Unity principles.
Indymedia Piemonte trusts in a radical transformation of society,  
founded on partecipation and diffusion of alternative models instead  
the one determinated and diffused by our society. The aim is to work  
out positive models for a right, equal and more sustainable society.
Indymedia Piemonte engages in expanding and developing relationships  
without hierarchies but in a solidal and autonomous way, as an NIMC  
autonomous and auto-organized collective (https://docs.indymedia.org/

Sharing the mission of NIMC, in fact, Indymedia Piemonte is inserted  
in the global and decentralized network on independent communication,  
to give voice and power to free observation and reality communication  
from everybody, encouraging especially who feel himself not  
rapresented in "official" media production and content, offering a  
chartered space, but not exclusive, to local communities expression.
b. Be involved into a quite relevant partecipation which allows  
managing a working IMC.
Indymedia Piemonte is composed by people who comunicate and operate  
both using mailing list [ http://lists.indymedia.org/mailman/listinfo/ 
imc-torino ] (which into are all subscribed) and with meeting on  
territory which succede themselves in short-medium-long deadline, due  
to contingencies. We think that only telematic relatioship is not  
enough to represent the collection of relationships and energies  
involved into the construction of an IMC. At the moment 35 persons  
are subscribed to the mailing list. Somebody was part of Italy  
Indymedia (urza, kilia, Elettrico, maska, SiBa?, unknow, maria,  
leliel, kraken). Others have joined afterwards. The collective, also  
if made of person with various and several funcions to the management  
of the web site, from software working to contents editing, is  
committed to instruments maximum diffusion, to be evermore active (if  
is occurred) in the best working way of Indymedia Piemonte.
c. Holding open and public meeting (is not possible for a group  
having an IMC exclusive "property")
Indymedia Piemonte, recognizing the power of communication and  
experiences tangiblity, is commited to not lose the creative contact  
- fundamental and positive - with the territory, to expand its own  
social and human tissue in a sensible way and give power to local  
communities. To do this Indymedia Piemonte is involved into periodic  
and opened meeting organization, in public places, giving the maximum  
diffusion to the appointment. Everyone encouraged partecipation is  
individual characterized, also if somebody of us join (privately)  
into social groups and organizations of the territory.
Really the heterogenety which marks the people who are committed into  
IMC construction is for us a guarantee of opennes and pluralism.
d. Working to develope a local manifesto or a intents statement.  
Adopting or using occasionally Network Manifesto is allowed.

e. Setup and publish an editorial policy developed and enacted  
through a democratic and trasparent process.

f. Accept the utilization of Open Publishing following what  
established into NIMC editorial policy.

of our way to "do information".
g. Adopting a decisional policy which is aligned with consens  
principles, among which trasparent processes based on parity.
Decisional modalities adopted and preferred by Indymedia Piemonte are  
founded on collective discussion of every choise, respect than it  
everybody can express himself. Adopted policy has been defined after  
a critic analysis process which evolves under the consense principle,  
both in assemblies, where everybody active partecipation is  
encouraged, that through the pubblication of themes discussed into  
the mailing list and in a wiki page where documents formuling and  
editing will be possible to everyone.
h. Having one or more mouths who deliberately and adequately  
partecipate to global decisional process and to meeting as rotating  
representants/liason, aware of the responsability resulting from this  
role.
Rotating and being aware of own role in that moment, one or more  
members of the collective Indymedia Piemonte will partecipate to  
global decisional process. In occasion of global meeting, who will  
attend for Indymedia Piemonte will also become mouth of positions  
shared by the node. At the moment our mouths are kraken and Unknow  
who have subscribed to new-imc, imc-process and imc-communication  
mailing lists.
*i. Take part to the most important communication methods of IMC  
network which are useful to health and life of the network itself and  
which contribute to IMC work. Be sure that almost one person of your  
local IMC partecipates whatever to IMC Communication mailing list  
[ http://lists.indymedia.org/mailman/listinfo/imc-communication]*
One or more members of Indymedia Piemonte collective will partecipate  
to the mailing list [ http://lists.indymedia.org/mailman/listinfo/imc- 
communication][IMC-Communication ], actively contributing - as  
Indymedia Piemonte mouths - to IMC network development and taking  
part to the various comparison, communication and decisional occasions.
j. Not be official related to everyone party, state or politic  
candidate, but allowing individuals involved into the organizations  
listed above to partecipate to node activities.
No one of the actually partecipants to Indymedia Piemonte node is  
member of parties or statal organizations.
k. IMC will never perform commercial and for-profit initiatives.
All the initiatives which Indymedia Piemonte will be involved into  
will be absolutely no-profit. IMCN is envolved into information  
decommercializing and will contract out from every IMC which decides  
to become a for-profit mediatic corporation. The only activities to  
gather founds for Indymedia Piemonte will concern hosting cost and  
eventually initiatives which Indymedia Piemonte will do on the  
territory.
l. Show an IMC logo "local version" on the web site and beetween the  
references.
