Hi.

The group decided that anyone can join the collective if they state that
they agree with that introductory statement. You haven't done that, and
you have declined to reply to two successive requests that you do so.

As far as others on the list are concerned: all of them have
participated in the meetings at which these policies were thrashed out.
We *know* we all agree with these policies, because we have consensed on
them. Tony, you've been making public statements that directly
contradict our stated policies. It's reasonable to assume that you agree
with your public statements, and that you don't agree with our policies,
until you tell us otherwise. Right?

You seem to have the time to complain about getting kicked, but you
don't have the time to just say "Yes, I agree". You're too busy to talk
to us (apart from complaining), but you want to be reinstated
immediately (presumably so that you can post unmoderated, since
subscription confers no other privileges). Well, I'm afraid I find your
posture rather bewildering.

My personal view is that we should reconsider your subscription request
when you have the time to explain your interest in joining. I fear your
intent may be simply to disrupt. But as you'd expect, this is a decision
for the group.

Take care,
