the article in question was hidden because of SLP promotion (one
sentence in a long article). it was then re-posted, not by the original
poster and anonymously, with the SLP reference deleted. the article was
therefore edited and reposted to get round the hierarchy guideline. i
think that is a good way to get the article published but only if it is
done by the original poster. who edited it? i don't know.
