as you probably know two very important trials are going on. One is on 
the diaz policemen, the other is on 25 actvist charged of devastation 
and sack.
Genova legal team asked  and help to Indymedia Italy , to re classify 
video, photos, and textes of their archive.
4 people are now working in Genova, and many others (like me) are giving 
an help from home.
But we are raising funds because people in Genova are working full time 
and they anyway have to pay their rental for home , their being there, 
and some hardware.
So, we are asking to every imc in the world to put a button and a 
feature on that...
I am not in the imc europe list. Can you forward my e-mail?

On june 26, tree years after the italian G8 in Genovain Genova will be
held the prelimirary hearing on 29 policemen charged on brutality,
defamation and perjury. In the mean time the <a

activists </a> is prosecuted of devastation and sack is still being on
course.
Higher officiers that were present in via Battisti, have to aswer about
the <a

incursion </a> in the Diaz-Pascoli school, during the night of 21 july
2001. In this occasion, <a
href="http://italy.indymedia.org/archives/display_by_id.php?

93 people </a> were beaten with brutality and then arrested and charged 
of
various crimes that were after <a
href= "http://italy.indymedia.org/news/2004/02/475972.php>" officially
confermed as inconsistent </a>. In this occasion  the media center and
legal team computer were destroyed, and important hardware and files 
were
kept without any legal mandate. <br>
Those  years of inquieries  showed a truth of  <a

</a>evidences and lies made by policemen,  which  anyway did not stop
their <a
href="http://italy.indymedia.org/news/2003/09/375994.php">brilliant
carreer</a> even if the trial still are <a

The victims can take an <a

</a>in asking  for payment of damages and in participating in the
preliminary hearing. <br><br>
Imc Italy did not <a

a>in
Genova.

legal work and to make it available for the sake of having a collective
