Dunno why this was but after running the cities list
updating script on the command line it seems to be fixed.

Yep, it's back.

It appears that the big problem with video uploading is
the lack of bandwidth that this machine has and one
suggestion has been to set up a new publishing server
possibly hosted in the riseup rack in the US... Perhaps we
should set a time and date for a chat about this on irc?
