as for titles what about something like:

* Attack on Fallujah Signals Four More Years of Bush's Rule

otherwise, from the ones you propose i'd go for:

* Fallujah : Stop the Bloodshed

i found these pics taken recenlty in fallujah in the bbc site. they're 
all from "press agencies". i personally don't have a problem with using 
them, but whatever folk think  it's ok by me. maybe we could change it 
later for one about the uk protests sent to the newswire.
