[Imc-uk-features] Fallujah feature

Right folks

There happened to be a few cambridge folk having a social tonight, so
this feature is now regional feature on the cambridge site, and has had
a few eyeballs go over it.  Assuming there are no objections in the 24
hours, we should stick it up as a UK feature (I reckon).
