wow. fantastic summup, and great angle! 

the only thing it misses are the legal steps by the eff to
unseal the fbi court order in texas - everybody's waiting for
this as the next legal steps depend on knowing on what exact
bases they've nicked the drives. terrorism? national
security? we don't know and can only pursue action (if pple
think its worth it) once we know on what grounds they acted.
