[Imc-uk-features] 2 feature proposals

Hi, 
I'd like to propose two features. 
We talked about one short feature just after the FBI-Indymedia Party:
something "thank you" to the bands who played for free, the venue people who
took care of a lot of the logistics, basically something to acknowledge all
the people who made the fifth birthday celebration a success - and through
all those contributions helped raise a chunk of money for the server. 
I think this would be a good outreach gesture. For those who were not at the
party: lots of people came, queued for 45 mins at times to get in, but the
amazing thing was that most punters were aware of indymedia and ahimsa and
wanted to support it.

The second proposal is a breaking news: 
This Wednesday, the European Parliament will vote on a proposal to introduce
compulsory biometric ID cards in every EU state.
Privacy International, Digital Rights and Statewatch are calling people to
sign a "Warning to the European Parliament on Fingerprint Database". Look at
