yo, I came up with most of the links for this feature. I couldn't find any 
direct coverage anywhere else of Vanunu's actual release - plenty of stuff 
about it `coming up' or `having happened' but not much else on the day 
itself - even on indymedia! We could however replace the Guardian 
link with:
http://www.nonviolence.org/vanunu/2004sumvigils.html
which describes various celebrations that took place on the day, including 
some people doing an action at Northwood barracks near London. I'll make 
the change to the link sometime soon - if there's any objections we can 
always change it back again. If someone finds a better link please put 
that in instead.
