Why don't you describe these as 'heterophobic fear of rape'?

No, it wouldn't. In all cases, they're just fear of rape. Why is
homosexual or heterosexual relevant at all here? As I say, the only
reason I can see why you might think it _was_ relevant was if you wanted
to make an argument about homosexuals or heterosexuals _in general_ --
and if you were going to do that, it would be discriminatory.
