hello each
recently, I've added two traveller pieces to the Newswire:
Yet another attempt at anti-traveller law, on the horizon
http://indymedia.org.uk/en/2005/04/308604.html
this is about current, new law proposals now; Ten Minute Rule Bill titled:
"Equal Enforcement of the Law"
&
Anniversary of the 'Battle of the Beanfield': an exhibition 'Operation
Solstice'
http://indymedia.org.uk/en/2005/04/308800.html
Now at Kebele Cafe, Bristol then, 20th April, it will move to The Sumac
Centre in Nottingham.
Opening with a film showing of "Operation Solstice": a film describing the
events of the day, and what we did about it.
and a talk by Andy Worthington, author of "Stonehenge - Celebration and
Subversion"
Because of the recent hoo-Ha about travellers, and today's 'day of action',
perhaps you would add these two pieces to the features centre column.
v many thanks
Tash
PS, you say you're having trouble at the moment. Just a bit of feedback
from me, when I've added these, it all worked fine. :-)
PPS: were having a meeting in Nttm, on 18th about setting up Nottingham
Indymedia. About time I say.
Hope to thus be more involved myself.
