[Imc-uk-features] hiding articles

propose unhiding comments hidden by ekes on 308893 who hasn't responded
to this:


'irrelevant to the article' isn't yet an editorial guideline. as i
remember it, the comments didn't contravene any of the actual guidelines
so they shouldn't have been hidden. hiding stuff which doesn't
contravene guidelines is adding to the workload. including mine when i
have to point it out.
