[Imc-uk-features] proposal for feat and to loosen the 24 hours rule

it seems reporting will soon start in earnest!
The imc in edinburgh opens today

As in previous big reportings, I would like to propose that we make the 
24 hours rule looser now.
Many features will be coordinated in irc.

I hope we'll manage to keep communication flowing between this features 
list and irc :-)

For now, I'd like to propose a small feature on the G8 page "independent
