OK, I have implemented this on a dev server, the promoted
wire view:

  http://chris.dev.indymedia.org.uk/

And the open wire view:

  http://chris.dev.indymedia.org.uk/index.html?w=all

Now I guess we need a deadline for agreement on this and
also to write a feature about the change?

Is a week too short? Monday 28th Nov?

Chris
