Many Editors are too inflexible in applying the rules and hide things 
before they have properly understood them. They do not take advantage of 
such flexibility as there is in the guidelines, and sometimes it seems 
that the guidelines to hide are used in the interest of the Establishment.

Could there be a topic 'Rant' that does not appear on the Newswire?
