[Imc-uk-features] Upcoming coverage section - proposal to add events

I'd like to propose that after todays Menwith Hill entry is taken down,
we add

1) 23rd October - Freedom to Protest" conference
2) 28th October - Critical Mass

in the box on the front page, as they both seem to be important events
that we should be covering.
