[Imc-uk-features] feature proposal

Hi

I'd like to propose the following article:

Whose War on Whose Terror? Reclaiming Our Rights

as a feature for the "Analysis' page.

Basically i am proposing it as it is, a basic cut and pate job of this 
article into a 'new article' publishing for so it doesn't disappear 
from the wires. If anyone think that it should be extended please feel 
free, because I won't have the time.

In any case I think this article is a very good piece summarizing the 
different aspects of his issue.
