The event was called "Reclaim the Night" and "Reclaim the Night" events
have been happening for nearly 20 years.  So it is a feature on the
Reclaim the Night in Ipswich.  So I think the title is correct.

Though it might well scan better as one of the versions you mention ...

I know at least one other person was taking photos and will be posting
them to the site.  And I'm vaguely hoping others might aswell, though
I'm not holding my breath.  And there is the blog report linked to.

If you do merge them could you leave both existing features on the
cambridge page at least (and maybe also the gender page) and start a new
feature for the uk page
