[Imc-uk-features] promoted newswire

I seem to remember in one of the trials of the promoted newswire that if not 
looking at it (the ordinary nw) there was an icon or the title was in a box 
to signify that that post was in the promoted wire.
did I dream it or was it there ? either way that would be a nice addition to 
the wire imo
and would also help moderators see if they had to go in and promote somthing 
they thought worthy of promotion.(as mods shouldnt even be lookin at the 
promoted wire as its cleaned already)
it would also help readers too
yeah i know people will say if you want to see whats in it go look at it but 
do you really want to switch between pages back and forth each time u see 
somthing that u want promoted.
