[Imc-uk-features] proposal for new 'climate change' topic

Hiya,

I'd like to propose to either create a new topic page or change the
Climate Camp 2006 page into a: 'climate change' topic page.

I believe climate change is a far wider issue than just an ecological one
and I believe in the future this issue will generate a fair amount of
articles. I am happy to tick boxes to fill up the page once it's created.

What do people think?
