[Imc-uk-features] Proposal Deadline: climate change topic

Hiya,

As previously proposed I have created a new topic page by the name of
Climate Chaos, to report on the ongoing struggle on Climate Chnage related
issues: http://publish.indymedia.org.uk/en/topics/climate/

I will start ticking recent articles on the topic and am still waiting for
Zak to reply about automatically including the articles from the Climate
Camp 2006 action page. When I find the time I will propose a
topicpagespecial to go on the new page and possibly a feature for the
startpage to make people aware of it.
