[Imc-uk-features] indy reporter killed, feature proposal and call for action

you might have seen in the newswire the piece about the nyc indy  
reporter being killed. i think we should make this a feature and as a  
network consider some form of expression of outrage, perhaps during  
the weekend of the network gathering.
