Thanks for the edits Genny. I've just fixed them and added the Tamil
hunger strike stuff in the abstract.

I'm gonna publish it in a bit without waiting for the 24 hrs as stuff is
happening right now and the story's all over the place, mostly bad
coverage. Hope that's ok.
