[Imc-uk-features] [Imc-uk-contact] comments removing request

Hello all

In general we have always dissuaded people from using comments as a
discussion forum, there are other well managed places for this to
take place - as we can not manage or moderate the load. The comments
were put in as a place for corrections and updates to the original
posts - minor discussions are also fine but once lengthy
discussions/flamewars start it only makes the site aggressive and
irrelevant (imho)

cheers tony
