Different Indymedia collectives have different approaches to discussion
on the site. IMC UK has a general consensus that it is not a discussion

If it were any different the software IMC UK runs makes
open-editing/moderation of very busy discussion forum the job of a few
and pretty much impossible to keep on top of anyway.
