it is always peculiar to me when ppl say that Indy is NOT a discussion
forum - but a REPORTING portal... what kind if reporting doies not
deserve discussion, apart from dictates from the higher echelons?

and who says - where does it say - that Indy is IS NOT a discussion forum?
