[Imc-uk-features] proposal special for migration and nobordercamp topic pages

hello.

i would like to propose a feature/special for the migration topic page
and the 2007/nobordercamp section with updates of the upcoming camp.
(not the startpage)

i propose it as a special for those sections as my idea is that it
stays on the top of those pages and can be updated during the next
weeks.

Gatwick No Border Camp 2007

While the Home Office announces to "plans to increase deportations of
foreign nationals", 26 people escaped from Campsfield (Oxfordshire)

another major "disturbance" of the deportation regime after the unrest
in Harmondsworth last November

On August 17th activists occupied the office of XL

in deporting people and children on behalf of the Home Office. For
