I don't think there is a need to assume bad faith from those who take 
the time to moderate. It might be an idea to get an admin account 
created for more people so more can help with promoting. In the last few 
weeks I've picked up quite a few postings that have 'fallen through the 
net' and promoted them quite a few days after they were posted. A 
problem of it being mid-summer with a lot going on and people away?
