i propose a feature on the planned 
charter deportations to Congo next week:

there are many posts on this in the NW.

there are demonstrations announced in
London, Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow and Cardiff
so it is a UK issue.

also this can be linked to the April feature and the XL occupation
feature last week, so it doesn't have to be very long as most
of the background is documented there.
