Some details like at what distance and with what lense would be good and 
help avoid misinterpretation.  

 Is there a slightly earlier or later photo, or one shot from a 
different angle.  Or even one of that Police horse without the 
protestor?    It is hard to see just what is going on behind the 
Rucksack.    Perhaps the original should be in the hands of a reliable  
independent  photo laboratory.

Or perhaps it is hidden because it is copyright.
